My First Post
I have decided to document my scrapbooking journey going back to my first layout. I see so many blogs with perfect layouts. I wanted to show the good the bad and the just plain ugly layouts that I have made in the last 5 years! I've also made a few cards and other projects along the way. You just never know what I will post. LOL If I'm brave enough that is!
In 2005 DH and I had our first child, Michael Alan. He was born on March 28th after a 24 hour labor. I really wanted a a scrapbook for him. I contacted my local scrapbook store and scheduled a Beginner's Class. My son was exclusively breastfed (no bottles) so I arranged to take him with me. I think he was 4 months old at the time. I had a private class during the day. My store is The Doodlebug INC in Jasper, Indiana and Melanie helped me that day.
